We have some great artists lined up but what inspires me most is looking out for new talent. It\u2019s so exciting to potentially \u2018discover\u2019 the next big thing. <\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest payoffs for me in the music business is to be able to give young bands, singers and musicians a stage for them to showcase their work or in some other way give them a helping hand. Even Spandau Ballet needed a helping hand to begin with. And I\u2019m full of advice for them even if they don\u2019t need it or ask for it.<\/p>\n<p>Happily, I can confirm that I will also be performing at the festival myself.
