Even though I still enjoy rocking out to the occasional DJ set, I’ve been thinking for some time now that I’d like to take things in a different direction for a change. Guitar was my first instrument and so it seems right to bring it back to the forefront.
As most of you know, I have a very special connection to Spain. I lived in Ibiza for over 12 years and my children grew up there.
So I’m very happy to announce my first ever acoustic event in Madrid, Spain and the first full show of its kind for me.
I’ll be bringing my acoustic guitar, saxophone, vocal mic as well as a couple of musician mates to accompany me.
On September 9 2017, I’ll be performing a set of songs that shaped my musical career and taste over the years including Spandau songs, of course. I may even play one or two brand new songs I’ve written in the last few months.
In addition to live music there will be a Q&A as well as a photo & signing session. So start preparing your questions!
