With my trusty sax and a potpourri of percussion I’ve performed alongside DJs for many years now. As you probably know, what I do is improvise to whatever tunes they throw at me, some known, some often not. So every performance is therefore unique. Even more so when it’s a DJ I’ve never performed with before.
Chris Sullivan is a dear friend from Blitz days back in the late 70s, early 80s and the gig at the Cafè de Paris in Soho on August 28 is our first time together.
A quick glance at the lineup proves to be an exciting evening.
