VIDEO DIARY NO. 1 – PRIMROSE HILL

I am pleased to introduce a new feature on this blog: Steve’s Video Diary.

It’s a good way for Steve to share some personal thoughts and interesting background stories with you. It could be Spandau Ballet related but also other topics that Steve is interested in: footy, music, films, art, books, food, travels…anything and everything, really. No rules, no boundaries, just fun.

The first one has something to do with Primrose Hill, a motorbike and a song Steve wrote for Spandau Ballet…

I don't have a motorbike at the moment, Kristina. But I took out my friend, James Stevenson's Thruxton recently and got the bug again. I may have to indulge myself at some point soon

Loving the video diary idea!Fab story from Primrose Hill.Steve;were you always into motorbikes and do you have one now?I have a soft spot for motorbikes myself as I'm a speedway fan since the 70'snothing like the sound of a motorbike!Apart from the sound of music of course!Love from Dublin xx

Fantastic story! When visiting London in the '80s we used to stay at the youth hostel opposite your home (very convenient that was) and saw you riding that motorbike on a few occasions. Always wondered how worried you must have been about your hair though, having to wear a helmet!
