Terribly sorry about the VIP online ticket mess for the London shows in May.
We clearly pointed out that VIP and regular tickets need to go on sale at the same time.
For reasons unknown they are unable to offer the VIP tickets for online purchase. Only regular tickets. We weren’t informed about that beforehand.

We were told the hotline staff is very helpful. Some fans informed us that they were even able to change their regular ticket into a VIP ticket via this hotline.
Again: big sorry for any inconviniences caused. You shouldn’t have to “jump through hoops” to get tickets of your choice 😞
